We called Snipps for a Second opinion. We were told by another company we needed a new ac unit and furnace. Snipps came out said you just need a motor for your furnace and a part for ac. One week from when they initially came out both are working perfect. Thank you

My furnace went out on a Thursday evening. I called all around town first thing Friday morning. Every other heating place couldn't get to me until later the following week. Snipps was the last call I made at about 9 am. I was put on their list for that day. I got a call from Cody right before noon. He came over and withing one hour I was back in business and toasty warm. He was super nice and did a great job! Definitely recommend Snipps!!!

The staff at Snipps are first class! Our furnace broke down and they had a technician out to check it the very next day. Unfortunately, the furnace was at the end of it's life and needed replaced. They offered to leave space heaters while they researched replacement options. Within two days of signing the quote they had our new furnace installed! Within the first week I had a technical question about how the fan speed was set from the factory (too high) and they had a technician out the same day I called to change the settings. The Snipps team are true professionals and I can't thank them enough! Support a great local business!

This company leads with INTEGRITY, consideration, and professionalism. Snipps puts it's customers on the front line for customer service. Sense moving back to Montrose, and buying an older home in Olathe I have had to do minor updates, and repairs which is always a burden and stress for a home owner. Snipp's came highly recommended through friends (Word-of-mouth), and I am so glad I listened! This Company works with the customers, not against them. Something unique and special in today's world that we currently live in. Snipp's updated all my air-vents in my house, because of the age of the home, the filters were all located in the craw space. This was not an easy task for me as a disabled veteran, and the vents were getting so dirty it was a nightmare for me. Their technician came, said here are my suggestions, this is what we can do for you and within just ordering the new vents, filters, Snipp's had all this completed quickly, clean, no messes, and extremely trust worthy. I now have a system that works for me, where I no longer have to use a craw space. Not only that but snipp's has worked with me fanatically! they are super considerate, thoughtful, and allowed me to work with them. As a company there is no one else in Montrose/ Olathe I would recommend but Snipp's, where they will treat you like family. It is the traditional American way where they value and treat you and the customer with care and professionalism that outshines most. I can't thank Snipp's enough, along with there technician who was such a gentlemen -- who exhibited nothing but professionalism, and skills that are worth their weight in gold. They will only improve or fix what you need, and they never once tried to up-sell me something I didn't need. They value their integrity in the business. So yesterday morning my family had a near tragedy as my old furnace failed releasing insanely high amounts of carbon monoxide and natural gas into my home. My family members were all sleeping and I very nearly lost my wife and 4 kids. That being said while dealing with my family in the hospital and being broken myself I called around looking for someone to replace my furnace as that is our only source of heat. Snipps was the only company that was able to help us and the removed the old furnace and installed a brand new on same day!! The customer service was exceptional (thank you so much Bri) they even went to junction and grabbed me a new furnace while Ty and Jim pulled my old one. The workers were amazing and friendly and fielded a lot of my questions and dealt with me while I was at my lowest with an amazing amount of professionalism and patience. They also performed their work with the utmost quality. Even while writing this I'm in tears and so thankful to this company that helped NY family and I soo much in this time. I would give them 500 stars if that was an option and I will always give them my business as long as I live in this area. Thank you so much Snipps and you have 2 amazing workers there in Jim and Ty.

Snipps installed a heating and air conditioning system in our new home last fall. We have a Breezair swamp cooler and had it repaired/serviced twice in the last couple of years by one of the top companies in Montrose. After paying them almost $700 last year there were still problems with the cooler. We finally realized they didn't have anyone who really had much experience with the Breezair, and they were not willing to fix the problems without charging us more. Someone recommended Snipps, and Kelly came out and fixed all the problems professionally and in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Breezair, and I regret that we didn't call Snipps the first time. And the bill was drastically lower than the company we originally did business with! Thank you, Kelly!!!

I just had Brian and his crew install a brand new mini splits in our motel. We have 19 rooms and they worked hard for nearly 1 1/2 months. They finished by completion date. We are very pleased with the end result. They were very professional, respectful, clean, and efficient!.
