A membership with Snipps starts with a site walk, not a price list. Every fourth Friday, our whole team sits down for a training session so the technician who shows up at your door knows your make, model, and setup cold, not just the basics. That's what lets us build a maintenance schedule around what your specific system actually needs instead of handing you a generic plan built for nobody in particular.
We do publish reference pricing below so you know roughly where our residential tiers and commercial plan land. Think of those numbers as a starting point. Once we've walked your property, we'll tell you which tier fits and what, if anything, needs to be adjusted for your equipment.

Two homes with the same furnace can still need different maintenance schedules. Altitude, sun exposure, how hard a system runs through a Western Slope summer, whether it's a 1990s unit or something installed last year, all of that changes what a system needs to stay reliable. A plan that ignores those differences either overcharges for service you don't need or skips something that actually matters for your equipment.
That's the reasoning behind our monthly training sessions. Every technician on staff stays current on how each system we install and service actually works, so when we walk your property, we're not guessing at a maintenance schedule. We're building one for the equipment in front of us.
Trained on your exact equipment, not just the basics. Our fourth-Friday monthly training keeps every technician current on how each system we install and service actually works, top to bottom.

The prices listed are our standard single-unit reference rates. Multi-unit residential systems, unusual equipment, or site-specific factors found during the walk can change what a plan actually costs, so treat the listed price as a starting point rather than a quote.

Yes. Even Black Canyon gets scheduled after a walk, so we know your equipment matches what that tier is built to cover. If your system needs more than the tier includes, we'll tell you before you enroll, not after.

Residential tiers are priced per home and per system, with visit frequency built around a typical single-family setup. The commercial plan is priced per rooftop unit or system, with four tune-and-clean visits a year per unit instead of two, since commercial equipment usually runs harder and more continuously.

No. The 4-hour commitment means we'll contact you within 4 hours of an after-hours emergency call to talk through next steps. It doesn't guarantee a technician arrives on-site in that window.

Yes, on both residential and commercial plans. Ask at enrollment or reach out anytime after if you want to switch, and ask about multi-year plans if you'd rather lock in a longer term.

Both sides of the program account for that. Residential multi-unit systems carry additional charges beyond the single-unit tier pricing, and commercial multi-unit facilities get volume pricing. Call for a quote once we know your setup.
